Job description

Senior Product Designer

Background

Ziflow is the leading creative collaboration platform helping agencies and brands streamline feedback and approval for creative assets — from concept to delivery. Our customers include Toyota, McCann Worldgroup, AWS, Doordash, Williams Sonoma, and Bark.

Founded in 2016, Ziflow serves thousands of customers globally, with team members in the US, UK, Poland, Canada, and South Africa. Our executive team has a proven track record of building, scaling, and successfully exiting SaaS businesses — and we’re just getting started.

Join us to help build a world-class team that creates world-class work.

The Role

As a Sr. Product Designer at Ziflow, you'll shape many areas of the  product, partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring ideas to life. You'll define intuitive, impactful experiences that transform how creative teams work.

This is a hands-on role where you'll move quickly from concepts to prototypes, using rapid iteration, user feedback, and validation to guide decisions and accelerate delivery.

You'll help embed design thinking across product development, ensuring user insights and business goals inform the process. From exploring new opportunities to building scalable design systems, you'll balance vision with execution, creativity with pragmatism, and speed with quality.

If you thrive on prototyping, learning, and cross-functional collaboration, we'd love to talk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business goals and client requirements into visually stunning, functional, and user-friendly designs that transform how people work.

  • Assist in the evolution and maintenance of a clear design strategy that drives the user interface and ensures alignment across all product experiences.

  • Advocate for user-centred design principles, balancing user needs with business objectives.

  • Ensure that all design deliverables meet user requirements, technical constraints, and business goals, while also maintaining scalability and flexibility across multiple devices and platforms.

  • Pitch ideas confidently and present concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead user interviews to get user feedback on existing product designs and new concepts.

  • Build and iterate working prototypes for new product areas, features, and enhancements.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and efficient workflows that integrate design thinking early in the product development cycle.

  • Effectively communicate design choices and strategy to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and users, articulating the rationale behind design decisions clearly and confidently.

  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components that are scalable, flexible, and consistent across all product offerings.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of UI/UX innovation.

  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.

  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.

  • 5+ years of commercial experience working as a Product Designer for B2B SaaS companies.

  • Strong creative and conceptual skills.

  • Strong user experience design skills.

  • Experience of working within Agile or Scrum software development environments.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the creative operations space with PM experience working on products for Project Management, Digital Asset Management, Online proofing or Creative Automation.

  • Highly proficient in all aspects of Figma.

  • Proven experience working with AI prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, Figma Make, etc…
